New Member Welcome Pack
Welcoming a new member or members is an event worth celebrating so make it special.

Schedule the induction into a club meeting or event and ask the new member's sponsor or buddy to introduce the new member to the club.
Invite the new member's family along to the induction and ensure they are included in the introduction.
Assemble a Welcome Pack with their membership certificate, name badge and Rotary badge, along with material to help them get to know your club and Rotary.
The club President usually performs the induction but if the Governor or another RI officer is present, it is special to invite them to do the induction or at least be involved in some way.

In addition to the standard items below for a New Member Welcome pack - consider adding:
- Welcome letter from the club (Link to example);
- Copy of Rotary Down Under magazine;
- Club information
